The WXZ type oil-free direct-coupled rotary vane vacuum pump is a vacuum device used in industries where oil-free steam is strictly required.
The WXZ type oil-free direct-coupled rotary vane vacuum pump is a single-stage rotary vane vacuum pump. The basic equipment used to extract gas from a sealed container to obtain a vacuum. This pump is not suitable for extracting gases that are corrosive to ferrous metals, chemically reactive with the pump oil, containing particles and dust, as well as gases with excessive oxygen content, explosive and toxic. It must not be used as a transfer pump (that is, to pump from one container to another) either.
WXZ oil-free Vacuum Pump Features
WXZ type oil-free direct-coupled rotary vane vacuum pump can operate continuously in the open atmosphere.
WXZ type oil-free direct-coupled rotary vane vacuum pump adopts multi-blade high-speed rotation, avoiding pulse fluctuations in suction and exhaust.
WXZ type oil-free direct-coupled rotary vane vacuum pump adopts direct motor connection, featuring a compact structure, light weight and smaller external dimensions than other types of pumps.
As the WXZ type oil-free direct-coupled rotary vane vacuum pump does not have oil vapor, when it is in use, the working environment and the products being processed will not be contaminated by oil.
Compared with vacuum pumps that do not require oil lubrication, oil-free vacuum pumps can significantly reduce regular maintenance and upkeep. There is no need to worry about the lack of vacuum oil, which can cause many inconveniences and troubles in maintenance.
The application scope of the WXZ oil-free vacuum pump
It can be used as a forepump for small oil booster pumps, oil diffusion pumps, molecular pumps, etc.
It is applied to various vacuum operations such as air conditioning and refrigeration equipment repair, suction devices for medical instruments, printing machinery, vacuum packaging, vacuum forming, physical and chemical experiments, and small devices that require a vacuum environment.
