The 2XZ series vacuum pumps are of a two-stage direct-coupled structure. Direct-coupled vacuum pumps are one of the basic equipment used to extract gas from sealed containers. It can be used independently or as a pre-pump for booster pumps, diffusion pumps, molecular pumps, etc., a maintenance pump, or a pre-pump for titanium pumps.
Its working performance is composed of two parts: the high-pressure stage and the low-pressure stage. Its suction port is connected to the vacuum equipment. During operation, it sucks in and discharges a large amount of gas in the container. When the equipment achieves vacuum, the exhaust valve of the high-pressure stage closes, and the gas at the inlet of the high-pressure stage will be transferred to the second stage and sucked in and discharged through the second stage. The vacuum equipment can obtain a certain vacuum. This pump has a high rotational speed and a small appearance. Compact structure and convenient for fluid operation.

It is small in size, light in weight and low in noise.
It can operate continuously for a long time within the ambient temperature range of 5℃ to 40℃ and under the condition that the inlet pressure is less than 1.3 × 10³ Pascals.
It is equipped with a gas ballast valve, which can remove a small amount of water vapor.
It is equipped with an automatic anti-oil return double safety device (except for 380V).

The pump is not suitable for extracting gases that are corrosive to metals, react chemically with the pump oil, contain particles and dust, have excessive oxygen content, are explosive or toxic.
