Product Description

The XD series vacuum pumps are all single-stage oil-sealed rotary vane vacuum pumps and are the basic equipment for obtaining vacuum. A coarse filter with a metal wire mesh installed at the air intake. It can prevent solid foreign dust particles from being sucked into the pump cavity. The oil separator is equipped with an exhaust filter with a highly efficient oil-gas separation effect.

 

When the pump is stopped, the suction valve built into the suction port isolates the pump from the system being pumped, preventing the pump oil from flowing back into the system. The pump is cooled by air. All pumps are driven by directly coupled electric motors through elastic couplings.

 

Application of XD type single-stage rotary vane vacuum pump

 

The XD type rotary vane vacuum pump is suitable for vacuuming in closed systems. Such as vacuum packaging, vacuum forming, vacuum suction.

 

Inlet pressure range: 100Pa to 100,000 Pa. If the vacuum pump operates beyond this range, oil mist will be generated at the exhaust port.

 

The working environment temperature and the temperature of the inhaled gas of the XD type rotary vane vacuum pump should be between 5℃ and 40℃.

 

The XD type rotary vane vacuum pump cannot extract water or other liquids. It is not allowed to extract explosive, flammable, overly oxygen-rich or corrosive gases.

 

Generally, the motors supplied are not explosion-proof. If explosion-proof or other special requirements are needed, the motors must comply with relevant standards.
