The XZ type vacuum pump is a single-stage vacuum pump with rotary vane oil seal. The basic equipment used to extract gas from a sealed container to obtain a vacuum. Adopting a brand-new design and process, this product not only features low energy consumption, low noise and high durability, but also makes considerate designs for environmental protection and pollution prevention of the extracted gas.

 

The application scope of the XZ direct-coupled vacuum pump

 

It is used as a forepump for small oil booster pumps, oil diffusion pumps, molecular pumps, etc.

 

It is used for various vacuum operations such as air conditioning, refrigeration equipment repair, medical instrument suction devices, printing machinery, vacuum packaging, vacuum forming, physical and chemical experiments, and small devices that require a vacuum environment.

 

It is not suitable for extracting gases that are corrosive to ferrous metals, have chemical reactions with oil pumps, contain particles and dust, have excessive oxygen content, are explosive and toxic.

 

It cannot be used as a transfer pump (i.e., to pump from one container to another).

 

Precautions for XZ Direct-Coupled Vacuum Pump

 

When the pump is not in operation (parked), the air inlet should be blocked to prevent debris and dust from entering the pump.

 

To keep the pump clean normally and prevent debris from entering it, after long-term use, the oil becomes dirty and the pump oil must be replaced.

 

When replacing, unscrew the oil-proof screw, drain the dirty oil completely, then tighten the oil-draining screw, and add clean vacuum pump oil to the center line of the oil gauge.

 

During the operation of the pump, if abnormal vacuum degree is found, disassembly and repair should be carried out. However, it needs to be carried out under the guidance of personnel with certain experience.

 

After the pump has been in operation for a period of time, it is necessary to check whether the pump oil is still at the midpoint of the oil gauge. If it is insufficient, add oil. If it is found that the pump oil has decomposed or contains impurities, it should also be replaced.

 

This vacuum pump is powered by a single-phase power supply. Once the power is connected, the pump can start working, but it is not advisable to perform large-scale exhaust for a long time. After the exhaust is completed, air should be added to the pump to keep all parts of the pump balanced.
