Latest company case about Low-Temperature Drying Equipment Successfully Delivered to Indian Client

Recently, our self-developed intelligent low-temperature vacuum drying equipment successfully passed acceptance testing and was delivered to a leading Indian enterprise specializing in natural spices and herbal extracts—marking a significant step in our expansion into the South Asian market.

The client focuses on high-value botanical ingredients such as turmeric, pepper, cinnamon, and Ayurvedic herbs, with products exported to Europe, the Middle East, and North America. These materials are rich in heat-sensitive compounds like essential oils, polyphenols, and alkaloids, which are easily degraded by conventional hot-air drying—leading to aroma loss, discoloration, and reduced efficacy.

To address these challenges, we provided a customized modular low-temperature vacuum drying system featuring:

Precise Low-Temperature Drying: Operates under vacuum at ≤45°C to maximize retention of natural aroma and active compounds, yielding bright-colored products with excellent rehydration properties;

Flexible Processing: Handles various material forms—including powders, slices, and pastes—with support for both batch and continuous operation;

Compliance & Hygiene: Constructed entirely from 316L stainless steel, meeting FDA and India’s FSSAI food safety standards, and compatible with CIP (Clean-in-Place) systems;

Energy Efficiency: Integrated heat recovery and intelligent temperature control reduce energy consumption by over 35% compared to traditional freeze-drying.

The equipment was installed and commissioned within just five days at the client’s facility. Third-party testing of the first batches of dried turmeric powder and herbal extracts showed a 22% increase in essential oil retention and moisture content consistently ≤5%, fully meeting export quality requirements—earning strong praise from the client.
