The core technology of vacuum pressure coating equipment lies in its unique mechanism of alternating vacuum and pressure. The equipment first eliminates the air inside the component in a vacuum environment, and then forcibly presses the insulating paint into every pore of the component through pressure. This technology not only improves the penetration effect of insulation paint, but also greatly shortens the immersion time.
Composition of vacuum impregnation equipment:
1. Vacuum immersion paint tank: generally adopts a vertical circular shape, with manual and automatic opening methods. According to the characteristics of the paint, the tank can be lined with stainless steel and carbon steel. The tank body is equipped with a liquid level gauge, which can easily observe and control the paint delivery.
2. Vacuum gas storage tank: generally adopts a vertical circular shape, with a stirring device inside the tank for degassing and stirring of paint under vacuum. The tank body is equipped with a liquid level gauge, which can easily observe and control the entry and exit of paint. According to the characteristics of paint, there are two materials: stainless steel and carbon steel, which can achieve heating and cooling. The tank is equipped with an explosion-proof pressure relief port.
3. Vacuum system: mainly composed of vacuum pump group, vacuum condenser, vacuum valve, pipeline, etc.
4. Return paint system: generally composed of material filters, magnetic filters, valves, etc. Special requirements include material heat exchangers, temperature sensors, pressure sensors, and material pumps.
5. Heating and cooling system: Currently, there is a greater need for refrigeration and storage, and industrial refrigeration machines are generally used for cooling. The medium is ethylene glycol aqueous solution, and the temperature can be set according to the process. Heating is done using an electric heater.
6. Hydraulic system: used for automatic opening of tank lids, consisting of hydraulic cylinders for opening lids, control valves, sensors, etc
7. Pneumatic system: composed of compressed air source, air processing unit, control valve, pressure detection system, etc., used for pressurization of impregnation tank and control of valves.
8. Cooling water system: mainly used for cooling some vacuum pumps, refrigerators, and vacuum condensers. Generally composed of valves and pressure detection systems.
9. Control System: Used for controlling the operation of the entire system. Depending on the level of automation of the equipment, there are relays for direct control, PLC control, and PLC-PC control to achieve linkage protection and interlocking of various actions to avoid human error. The PLC-PC control system can provide detailed records of all operational processes, which are available for future reference. And set different operation permissions to ensure device and product security.
10. Other parts: According to customer requirements, other functions can be configured, such as an exhaust system for discharging exhaust gas, etc.
