Application of epoxy resin casting equipment: mainly used for resin encapsulation of high-voltage electrical appliances and other components such as dry-type transformers, transformers, bushings, insulators, etc.
Application scope of epoxy resin vacuum casting equipment: Suitable for casting electrical products with and without fillers.
The vacuum casting equipment is suitable for vacuum degassing, mixing, and casting of polymer materials such as bisphenol A epoxy resin, purple ring outdoor epoxy resin, and polyurethane. Suitable for both foreign and domestically produced resins.
Vacuum casting equipment can be used for the processing of mixed materials with self added fillers by users and for the processing of two-component pre mixed fillers, with great flexibility.
Technical features:
The epoxy resin vacuum casting equipment can achieve intermittent and periodic production, with a daily processing capacity of 500-2000kg of epoxy resin mixture.
By using a thin film degassing device, the mixture can be quickly and effectively dehydrated and degassed, and the material preparation system can achieve full vacuum processing.
The no dead angle mixing system can fully mix the filler with epoxy resin during the filling process, avoiding the filler from forming small lumps and affecting the pouring quality. The special structural device avoids the sedimentation of the bottom filler.
Adopting a built-in thin film degassing structure, the material generates axial flow during the rotating stirring process, increasing the stirring effect. During the thin film degassing process, the minimum amount of material to be extracted is 10% of the effective volume.
The measuring device can be either an electronic scale measuring system or a volumetric measuring system, both of which can avoid the influence of the environment on the measuring accuracy. The accuracy of the measurement system is better than 1%.
Each unit has an independent heating system, which can easily adjust the working temperature of each unit: the approaching heating method ensures that the material will not overheat when heated. The temperature controller controlled by a microcomputer can achieve a temperature control accuracy of ± 2 ℃ and has an over temperature alarm function.
The reasonable vacuum system configuration of vacuum casting equipment, the use of condensation filters and vacuum filters, avoids a large amount of materials being pumped into the vacuum pump, which is conducive to improving the service life of the vacuum pump and reducing maintenance work.
Control method:
For small systems, manual control is used.
For large-scale systems, PLC can be used as the main control unit, industrial control machine as the operating system, combined with operating software, to achieve program automation operation, and its process parameters are displayed on the computer monitor.
Material activity cycle control:
When the curing agent collides with the epoxy resin, the system starts timing and alarms when the material reaches the active cycle. At this point, the material can be discharged from the mixing tank.

After normal work is completed, single component epoxy resin or single component toughening agent can be used for rinsing. When preparing for long-term shutdown, solvent cleaning is necessary and the lower components of the final mixing tank should be cleaned regularly.
