This national-level laboratory has long been committed to the cutting-edge research of ultra-high voltage and extra-high voltage electrical equipment. Its new experimental model has a complex structure and an extremely small internal space, which puts forward nearly perfect requirements for the impregnation degree and purity of insulating oil:
Ultimate vacuum degree: It is necessary to achieve an extremely high vacuum environment (for example: ≤ 1 Pa) to completely remove bubbles and moisture from the capillary pores of insulating materials.
Precise temperature control: The entire oil injection process requires precise gradient temperature rise and constant temperature control of the oil to ensure the best performance of the oil and prevent thermal degradation.
Fully automatic control: The equipment is required to have one-click fully automatic operation, real-time data recording and traceability functions to meet the rigor and repeatability requirements of scientific research experiments.
Tight delivery schedule: The project progress is directly related to the national key research and development program, and there are strict time node requirements for the manufacturing and delivery cycle of the equipment.

Core module upgrade: Adopt a two-stage rotary vane vacuum pump set from an internationally renowned brand and optimize the vacuum pipeline design to ensure that the system's ultimate vacuum degree and pumping speed far exceed customer requirements.
Intelligent temperature control system: Integrating PLC and PID intelligent temperature control modules, it precisely controls the temperature of heating devices and heat transfer media at multiple points, with a temperature control accuracy of ±1°C, and can operate automatically according to preset curves.
"One-click" automated process: A user-friendly HMI (Human-Machine Interface) touch screen has been developed, integrating complex procedures such as vacuuming, vacuuming breaking, preheating, oil injection, pressure holding, and oil discharge into a fully automatic process, significantly reducing operational difficulty and human errors.
Project management ensures delivery: The "green channel" project management mechanism was initiated, with seamless connection in all links from design, procurement, production to testing. Eventually, the equipment manufacturing and in-plant testing were completed five days ahead of the original plan, ensuring the overall progress of the project.
