We successfully delivered a Pressure-Changed Vacuum Drying Oven to a well-known European transformer manufacturer, for use in a key process of its dry-type transformer production line. The equipment is primarily used for deep drying of transformer coils, cores, and insulation materials, ensuring the product's insulation performance and long-term operational stability in high-humidity environments.
The client had extremely high requirements for the equipment's vacuum control precision, temperature uniformity, pressure-switching response speed, and the protection level of marine packaging. After multiple rounds of technical communication and solution optimization, we ultimately provided a customized solution fully compliant with IEC standards.
