The customer is a leading domestic manufacturer of high-voltage motors and new energy drive motors, with products widely used in critical sectors such as rail transportation, wind power, and industrial automation. With capacity expansion and product upgrades, they have raised higher requirements for the insulation impregnation process of core components like stators and rotors: achieving high permeability, zero bubbles, uniform curing, while meeting the demands of automated production cycles and green, low-carbon manufacturing goals. Traditional atmospheric pressure dipping processes could no longer meet the stringent standards for insulation reliability and energy efficiency ratings required by the new generation of high-efficiency motors.

 

Our Solution: Full-Cycle Customization with Leading Technology

 

Addressing the customer's production line characteristics and process pain points, we tailored a fully automatic vacuum pressure impregnation system for them, featuring the following core advantages:

 

High Vacuum + High Pressure Composite Process: Capable of achieving a vacuum level of ≤50 Pa and a pressurization pressure of 0.8 MPa, ensuring resin fully penetrates the micro-pores within the windings, significantly enhancing insulation strength and service life.

 

Full-Process Intelligent Control: Integrated PLC + Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) platform enables fully automatic operation of processes including vacuum pumping, resin injection, pressure holding, liquid recovery, and curing. It supports remote monitoring, process traceability, and predictive maintenance.

 

Green & Energy-Saving Design: Equipped with a closed solvent recovery and waste heat utilization system, reducing VOC emissions by over 90% and energy consumption by 25% compared to traditional equipment, aiding the customer in achieving their ESG goals.
