Resin Vacuum Dryer Working Principle and Operation:

 

The resin vacuum dryer utilizes a vacuum environment to lower the boiling point of materials, facilitating evaporation and drying. First, open the valve to evacuate air from the cylinder, maintaining a specific vacuum level inside the drying chamber. Next, adjust the drying temperature according to material properties. For heat-sensitive materials, reduce the drying temperature. If temperature is not critical, set the drying temperature higher to accelerate the drying process.

 

Material enters through the feed hopper and is evenly distributed onto the conveyor belt by the distributor. Under vacuum conditions, the material travels from one end of the cylinder through evaporation, drying, and cooling processes to the opposite end. An automatic crusher connected at the discharge end enables direct packaging of the final product. Particle size can be adjusted, or the material can be directly crushed into powder.

Materials from industries including resins, fine chemicals, phosphorus chemicals, biopharmaceuticals, and food processing can be dried. This includes viscous materials such as honey, Chinese herbal extracts, and various colloids.
