At the end of 2025, a leading domestic special motor manufacturing enterprise launched a production line upgrade project. The aim was to introduce an internationally advanced Vacuum Pressure Impregnation (VPI) system to replace aging equipment and enhance its core competitiveness in the field of high-end servo motors. Customized Intelligent VPI Impregnation System


Addressing the customer's needs for processing large-sized stators and achieving high-precision process control, our engineering technology team tailor-made a dual-tank parallel, fully automatic VPI vacuum pressure impregnation equipment. The core highlights of this system include:


Ultra-High Vacuum and Precision Pressurization:


The equipment employs imported high-power vacuum pump groups, achieving an ultimate vacuum degree of below 5Pa. This ensures that air and moisture within the micro-pores of the windings are thoroughly extracted. The pressure tank is designed with a pressure rating of up to 0.9MPa. Coupled with high-precision proportional valves, it enables damage-free resin penetration under high pressure, increasing the fill rate to over 98%.


Intelligent Temperature Control and Resin Management:


An integrated PID intelligent temperature control system provides multi-zone heating for the impregnation tank, resin storage tank, and pipelines, controlling the temperature difference within ±1°C. This effectively prevents premature resin gelation or viscosity fluctuations. Additionally, an automatic resin stirring and filtration circulation system is equipped to ensure the insulating varnish remains in optimal working condition.


Full-Process Automated Control:


Based on Industry 4.0 standards, the PLC central control system features various built-in process recipe libraries. Operators only need to press one button to start, and the system automatically completes the entire sequence of processes: "preheating - vacuum drying - vacuum impregnation - pressure impregnation - dripping - cleaning." It also records all process parameters in real-time, ensuring full traceability of production data.


Safety and Environmental Protection Design:


The equipment operates in a fully enclosed manner and is equipped with highly efficient solvent recovery units and exhaust gas treatment interfaces. This not only guarantees safety in the workshop environment but also helps customers easily pass strict environmental protection inspections.
