Recently, the high-voltage capacitor vacuum pressure oil impregnation equipment project undertaken by our company completed its final commissioning at the customer's site. The vacuum pressure oil impregnation equipment delivered this time is core process equipment specifically used for manufacturing high-voltage power capacitors and energy storage capacitors. This equipment requires a high-vacuum environment to perform strict drying, degassing, and pressure impregnation on the capacitor elements, ensuring low dielectric loss, high insulation performance, and a long service life for the capacitors.

Fully Automatic Closed-Loop Control System: Featuring an industrial intelligent control software, it automates the entire process from evacuation, heating, oil filling, pressurization, to oil return. The system possesses historical data traceability functionality, capable of recording and exporting process curves for each batch of products in real-time, truly achieving "transparency" and "standardization" in the manufacturing process.

 

Energy Saving and Safety Assurance: The equipment utilizes an efficient thermal oil circulation heating system and multi-layer thermal insulation structure, significantly reducing production energy consumption. Simultaneously, it integrates multiple pressure protection mechanisms, liquid level monitoring, and emergency pressure relief devices, ensuring personnel and equipment safety under high-pressure operating conditions.
