Latest company news about Do you know the setting temperature for vacuum impregnation?

No open flames are allowed in the vacuum pressure impregnation equipment impregnation workshop. Fire-fighting equipment must be fully equipped, including carbon dioxide fire-fighting weapons. The operators should have fire-fighting knowledge.

Whether the situation during the shift handover is abnormal, whether the insulating paint meets the strict requirements, whether there are any residual units, and whether the total amount of insulating paint is too high.

Before opening the cover of this facility, there is very little solvent smell in the group. If you feel that the solvent smell in the group is very strong, you should check whether there is any leakage or abnormality in the facility and remove it.

The viscosity of insulating varnish should be inspected at irregular intervals. When adding insulating varnish or solvents, the team should stop using open flame assemblies to avoid the risk of fire.

If the temperature of the workpiece is too high in vacuum impregnation, the solvent in the paint will evaporate quickly, causing the winding mouth to turn into a paint film too early and making it difficult to penetrate into the winding, which will also become a waste of material. If the temperature is too low, the pre-baking function will be lost, the viscosity of the paint will increase, its fluidity and permeability will be poor, and the impregnation effect of the vacuum impregnation setting will also be poor. Internship has confirmed that it is advisable to set the vacuum impregnation for impregnation when the workpiece temperature is between 60 and 80 degrees Celsius.

The impregnation tank is a key facility of this machine. When operating, be cautious of the unevenness of the impregnated liquid surface to avoid affecting the vacuum pump. If the immersion paint level exceeds the concave or convex level, the paint valve should be opened and the immersion paint cylinder cover should be opened immediately. Clean and check whether there are any paint chips entering the vacuum buffer. If so, clean the 臜 front end for use.

Vacuum pumps should be maintained at regular intervals. When the vacuum degree does not meet the requirements, all vacuum procedures should be carefully inspected. Any problems found should be promptly repaired and properly recorded. When the solvent content in the insulating varnish exceeds 30%, the number of oil changes in the vacuum pump should be increased. If there is no leakage in the vacuum process but the vacuum degree does not meet the strict requirements, the vacuum pump oil should be replaced.
