Latest company news about A Brief Analysis of the Zoning of Vacuum Pressure Impregnation Equipment

The vacuum pressure impregnation equipment manufacturer will explain to you how the vacuum pressure impregnation equipment is divided into zones. The specific content is as follows:

When designing the vacuum pressure impregnation section, the area is generally divided into four parts: the impregnation area, the machine room, the control room and the drying room area. Under the premise that the fire resistance grade of the vacuum pressure impregnation paint area has been determined, in order to design and construct the factory building economically and reasonably, it is necessary to design the factory building in different areas.

According to the design code for Electrical Installations in Fire Hazard environments, explosive gas environments should be zoned based on the frequency and duration of the appearance of explosive gas mixtures in accordance with the following provisions:

1. An environment where explosive gas mixtures are present continuously or for a long time;

2. An environment where explosive gas mixtures may occur during normal operation;

3. An environment where explosive gas mixtures are not likely to occur during normal operation, or even if they do occur, they are only present for a short period of time.

Impregnated paint area:

The impregnation area is equipped with impregnation tanks and storage tanks. The entire impregnation process of the motor is completed in the impregnation area. The paint storage tank is a container for storing insulating paint. Under normal circumstances, the tank lid of the paint storage tank will not be opened, and the tank is in a vacuum state. If the tank is not filled with inert gases such as nitrogen, then the surface of the paint liquid inside the paint storage tank is a continuous release source.

The paint immersion tank is a container for motor paint immersion. After the motor undergoes processes such as vacuuming, paint delivery, pressurization, paint return, and paint dripping inside the paint immersion tank, it is lifted out of the tank. Before the can lid is opened, the residual styrene vapor in the paint immersion tank is drawn into the exhaust gas purification treatment device through the exhaust device at the tank body and the tank mouth for treatment and then discharged at a high altitude. Even if a small part may still volatilize into the surrounding air of the paint immersion tank, it only exists for a short time.
