We recently completed the delivery, installation, and commissioning of a custom-built VPI (Vacuum Pressure Impregnation) system for a client. The equipment is now fully operational on the client's production line and is performing reliably.
Project Overview
The delivered VPI equipment is designed primarily for the insulation impregnation of high-voltage motor stator windings. By combining vacuum evacuation with pressure impregnation, the system ensures deep penetration of insulating resin into the windings, effectively enhancing the motor's insulation performance, thermal conductivity, and service life.
Key Specifications
This is a vertical VPI system featuring an adjustable operating pressure range of 0–0.6 MPa and an operating vacuum level of -0.095 MPa. It is suitable for the insulation impregnation of high-voltage motors, explosion-proof motors, traction motors, transformers, and similar products.
Delivery and Installation
Prior to shipment, the equipment underwent rigorous pressure testing, vacuum testing, and integrated electrical control system checks, meeting all required standards. Upon arrival at the site, our technical team handled positioning, piping connections, electrical wiring, and system integration. On-site verification confirmed that the vacuum levels, pressure control precision, and temperature uniformity all met the specifications outlined in the technical agreement.
Customer Feedback
Since the equipment went into operation, the client has expressed high satisfaction with its stability, level of automation, and our service quality. The system is now integrated into the client's production line and is performing batch insulation impregnation for motor stator windings.
We provide comprehensive, end-to-end services—ranging from process consultation, solution design, and equipment manufacturing to on-site installation, commissioning, and after-sales technical support.
