As the lightweighting trend in the new energy vehicle industry accelerates, integrated die-cast battery enclosures have become a key industry focus. However, traditional die casting struggles to meet the combined requirements of large size, thin walls, and high air tightness.
Recently, our independently developed large-scale vacuum pressure casting equipment was successfully delivered to a leading domestic power battery system supplier. This marks a significant breakthrough for domestically produced, high-end casting equipment in the new energy sector.
This project not only showcases our engineering strength in the field of forming equipment for core new energy vehicle components, but also provides the industry with a replicable model for high-quality, high-efficiency casting.
