Project Background
The client for this project is a well-known domestic motor manufacturer with extremely stringent requirements for the insulation treatment process of large high-voltage stator windings. To enhance product reliability, extend equipment service life, and achieve intelligent production, the client conducted multiple rounds of technical evaluations and on-site inspections before ultimately selecting our company to co-develop a highly precise and stable VPI vacuum pressure impregnation system.
Technical Highlights of the VPI System
Fully Automated Control: Integrated with a PLC + HMI intelligent control system, the equipment enables precise setting of process parameters, real-time monitoring, and full data traceability—significantly improving production consistency and yield rates.
High Vacuum & High Pressure Performance: The system achieves an ultimate vacuum level of ≤10 Pa and a maximum operating pressure of 1.0 MPa, ensuring thorough resin penetration into microscopic voids within the windings and substantially enhancing insulation strength.
Modular Structural Design: Tailored to the client’s factory layout and production line configuration, the modular design facilitates transportation, installation, and future maintenance.
Dual Assurance of Environmental Protection and Safety: Equipped with an efficient exhaust gas treatment system and multiple safety interlock mechanisms, the equipment complies with the latest national standards for environmental protection and workplace safety.
Efficient Collaboration, On-Time Delivery
Faced with the client’s tight production schedule, our company established a dedicated project team. From conceptual design and material procurement to mechanical fabrication, on-site installation, and commissioning, we maintained seamless coordination and rigorous quality control throughout. Despite challenges posed by supply chain volatility and compressed timelines, our team completed all deliverables two weeks ahead of schedule and passed the 72-hour continuous operation test on the first attempt—earning high praise from the client.
