Recently, our independently developed Static Mixing Vacuum Pressure Casting Equipment passed rigorous acceptance testing and was delivered to a leading new energy component manufacturer. The client, specializing in high-performance motor and sensor assemblies, faced challenges with traditional processes, including inconsistent product quality and micro-porosity due to inadequate mixing and vacuum levels.
To address this, we provided a customized solution. Our engineering team optimized the static mixer's flow channels for their specific resin and curing agent, ensuring molecular-level homogeneity. A high-sensitivity vacuum system was integrated to eliminate air entrapment during mold filling.
During factory acceptance testing, the equipment demonstrated exceptional stability and automation over three days of continuous operation. Key performance indicators surpassed industry standards. Following successful on-site witness testing, the client approved the equipment for mass production.
