Precise temperature control technology: By adopting our company's patented multi-zone three-dimensional heating and PID intelligent fuzzy control technology, the temperature uniformity error inside the box is controlled within ±1.5℃, perfectly solving the problem of easy decomposition of heat-sensitive materials.
High-efficiency and energy-saving design: Integrated with a high-efficiency condenser and solvent recovery device, the solvent recovery rate is over 98%, significantly reducing material loss and exhaust gas emissions. Meanwhile, the optimized heating system is approximately 25% more energy-efficient than traditional equipment.
Full automation and intelligence: Equipped with an advanced PLC+ touch screen human-machine interface, it can preset and store multiple drying process curves. Realize the full automation control from feeding, drying, cooling to discharging, minimize human intervention to the greatest extent, and ensure the stability and traceability of each batch of products.
Ultimate safety guarantee: The equipment is strictly designed in accordance with explosion-proof standards and is equipped with multiple safety interlock devices (such as over-temperature protection, vacuum degree alarm, power-off protection, etc.) to ensure safe production.
