A device that uses vacuum suction to remove non-condensable gases contained in the material liquid
The vacuum degasser is an industrial device that uses the vacuum suction principle to remove non-condensable gases from the material liquid or system. It is mainly applied in food production lines such as dairy products and fruit juice, as well as in closed-loop water systems such as HVAC and centralized heating. This equipment prevents the oxidation and Browning of materials, the floating of particles and the corrosion of equipment by removing gases such as oxygen and carbon dioxide. At the same time, it inhibits the formation of bubbles during the high-temperature sterilization process, ensuring the stability of production.
The equipment consists of a vacuum degassing tank, a vacuum pump and a centrifugal pump. It adopts a food-grade stainless steel and silicone rubber sealing structure. The processing capacity covers 500-15000L/h, and the vacuum degree range is -0.064 to -0.087MPa. The working principle is based on Henry's Law. Through physical pressure reduction, dissolved gases are released and discharged from the system via an automatic exhaust valve. One degassing cycle is completed every 20 to 30 seconds. It supports fully automatic operation and parallel use of multiple units, and has technical advantages such as eliminating cavitation, reducing noise and improving heat exchange efficiency. Typical application scenarios include degassing and preservation of fruit juice, supporting production of liquid milk, and treatment of free gases in circulating water systems.
The function of the vacuum mixing degassing device
Remove air (oxygen) from the feed liquid, inhibit Browning, oxidation of pigments, vitamins, aroma components and other substances, and prevent quality degradation. Remove the suspended particulate gas adhering to the material liquid, inhibit the floating of particles, and maintain a good appearance. Prevent foaming during canning and high-temperature sterilization, which may affect sterilization. Reduce the corrosion of the inner wall of the container and play a role in anti-corrosion.
Technical features of vacuum mixing degassing device
1.It can significantly shorten the exhaust time after the initial water injection of the heating or cooling system, which is extremely beneficial for the initial commissioning and operation of the system.
2. Remove the gas in the system to prevent gas blockage and ensure the stability and reliability of the system during normal operation.
3. Eliminate cavitation in the water pump and reduce the operating noise of the system.
4. As the oxygen in the water is removed, the aerobic corrosion of the system will be reduced and the service life of the equipment will be prolonged.
5. As the gas in the water has been removed, no gas bubbles will adhere to the surface of the heat exchanger, thereby enhancing the heating efficiency.
6. The working time and cycle of the degasser can be adjusted as needed.
7. The maximum applicable system capacity of a single unit can reach up to 150 cubic meters. Multiple units can be used in parallel.
8. The equipment is easy to install, operates fully automatically, is safe and reliable, and is easy to maintain and repair.
